The #1 cause of early death in adults 65 is due to injuries from falls. Strength and mobility is key to maintaining an optimised healthspan.
Regular exercise is also essential, reducing the risk of chronic diseases, and enhancing overall physical and cognitive well-being.
Prolonged stress accelerates aging, weakens immune function, increases inflammation, and raises the risk of chronic diseases, impacting overall healthspan negatively. Managing stress is crucial for promoting longevity and well-being.

That was my story...
I was almost 50. Had achieved all the personal life goals I had set myself. Sold a business for a healthy figure just before Covid. Then wallop. No Disney ending.
Battling burnout and a labyrinth of negative thoughts, I awoke each day to an inner critic on full blast. The vibrant energy and cast-iron optimism I once wielded had slipped through my fingers.
Mornings became a monumental struggle, the bed a siren's call. And then, pre-diabetes loomed with its ominous shadow. With a belly that that looked I was smuggling a Wok under my jumper.I felt old.
I needed to change.
Do I do it on my own? Am I strong enough to be stay committed? Do I look for support? Where do I find the support? Does this really mean I have to become a vegan, sandal wearing, gong bashing tree hugger for the rest of my days?
So that was it. I went back to school. And became a Qualified Health Coach. It has immeasurably changed my life.
I have worked as a business coach for the past 5 years with successful entrepreneurs helping them scale up. So coaching is natural.
Now I change lives - not businesses.

I studied Health Coaching at The College of Naturopathic Medicine in London. I have a Level 5 Diploma in Health Coaching,. Not all qualifications are the same! But I selected this course as it is recognised as one of the best providers of training in the UK - and has the highest level of recognition by UK and International bodies. Including the Association of Naturopathic Medicine, The UK & International Health Coaching Association, and the NHS Personalised Care Institute. Plus International recognition by most of the major European, North America and territories such as Dubai. I had specialised training in nutrition, fitness, stress management, and behaviour change techniques.
Sessions involve discussing your goals, assessing progress, addressing challenges, and creating actionable steps to keep you on track.
Typically, we meet weekly or bi-weekly for 45-60 minutes, depending on your needs and preferences. I offer various packages, but the strong recommendation is to have a comitment that covers 3 months. Why? Because this is not a quick fix wonder programme that promises you gigantic results in 2 weeks - like you will often be offered on social media. This is about creating sustainable change and accountability. Typically by 3 months, you will see, feel and feel the transformative benefits.
Yes, I provide tailored support for various health issues, including weight loss, stress management, and chronic disease management. The majority of modern pathologies are due to, or exasperated by modern lifestyle behaviours. Many health issues can be controlled or even reversed by proper health management and awareness. Please note, I am not a qualified doctor or practitioner, so would not look to diagnose or promote health coaching as a replacement for proper medical advice.
Health coaching focuses on behavior change and preventive care, complementing medical and therapeutic treatments rather than replacing them.
I create individualised plans based on your health goals, including fitness routines, nutritional guidance, stress management techniques, and lifestyle changes. Note that the level of personalised support is dependent on the coaching or course package you choose. But all the packages will produce tangible results - if you are committed to the journey!
Progress is tracked through regular assessments, goal reviews, and using tools like fitness trackers, food diaries, and self-reported feedback.
Absolutely! And more important than ever. Studies have shown that those that make significant positive lifestyle changes at 50 and even 60 can add over 5 years to their healthspan. This is not the same as lifespan. Healthspan is the measure of life that a person is living a productive life free of chronic disease or disability. Its never too late.
The majority of my coaching services are conducted online via zoom sessions - either on a 1-2-1, or small group basis. Face to face visits, as well as corporate workshops can be discussed on a case by case basis.
Pricing varies; I offer individual sessions and packages. Contact me for detailed information on costs and available packages. I understand that clients will have a broad range of budgets that they have to work within. Hence why I have created packages from the more affordable option of digital pre-recorded training materials, through to group coaching, with of course 121 coaching sitting at the higher end of the cost spectrum. But there are some considerations to make. Typically the right lifestyle changes result in less money spent on the CAUSES of problems - cigarettes, alcohol, rubbish ultra processed food, loss of productivity, lazy lifestyle consumer choices where you don't have to move off the sofa to get food and other modern conveniences delivered to our door If £5 per day was reallocated away from the stuff that CREATES the problem and is allocated to investing into what tackles the problem - and reverses the damage those lifestyle investment have done for a better future - its not a hard choice!
